Vacation Rentals

Burr White Realty has been providing vacation homes for families for more than 4 decades, and in some cases, generations of families. Representing some of the finest oceanfront homes in Newport Beach, Burr White Realty offers beach area lodging ranging from $1500/week up to $12,000/week. With over 200 vacation homes to choose from, we have a vacation home to suit every taste. Burr White Realty is the leader in vacation accommodations on the Balboa Peninsula.

Property Management

Burr White Realty is the largest and most respected property management company on the Balboa Peninsula. We currently manage an additional 250 properties which offer long-term tenancy. We rent to more tenants who want to live on the peninsula than any other company due to our personal service as well as our excellent inventory of managed homes.

We also offer 100 additional properties featuring 9-month or "winter" leases. These are available every September and many are available for pre-lease every year starting in April. This is a great way to get to know the City of Newport Beach if you are relocating or have a job relocation assignment or if you just want to experience the fabulous weather during the off-season without the summer crowds.

Joan Trout Joan has a wealth of real estate experience, dating back to 1973 when she obtained her real estate license. Working first for Coldwell Banker in the San Fernando Valley, she moved to Orange County in 1984, where she broadened her career as an assistant manager for the first RE/MAX franchise in the state of California, located in Costa Mesa. Her love of people, sense of humor, and common sense soon proved to be invaluable assets to the company, and she was promoted to Manager of the Newport Beach RE/MAX office in 1988. In 1989 RE/MAX was the number-one office in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, due in a large part to Joan's managerial savvy and sterling reputation as an honest and hard-working administrator. After five successful years at the helm, she decided the time was right to move into an ownership position with a local company on the Newport Beach Peninsula. Joan loves being part of the 40+ year tradition at Burr White Realty, where being "the best on the beach" is a hard-earned reputation. Joan has been visiting and renting property on the Peninsula since 1970 while raising her two children. She and her family stayed two weeks every summer for years, just like many of the people who use the services of Burr White Realty today.
