Joan Trout
Joan has a wealth of real estate experience, dating back to 1973 when she obtained her real estate license. Working first for Coldwell Banker in the San Fernando Valley, she moved to Orange County in 1984, where she broadened her career as an assistant manager
for the first RE/MAX franchise in the state of California, located in Costa Mesa. Her love of people, sense of humor, and common sense soon proved to be invaluable assets to the company, and she was promoted to Manager of the Newport Beach RE/MAX office in
1988. In 1989 RE/MAX was the number-one office in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, due in a large part to Joan's managerial savvy and sterling reputation as an honest and hard-working administrator. After five successful years at the helm, she decided the time
was right to move into an ownership position with a local company on the Newport Beach Peninsula. Joan loves being part of the 40+ year tradition at Burr White Realty, where being "the best on the beach" is a hard-earned reputation.
Joan has been visiting and renting property on the Peninsula since 1970 while raising her two children. She and her family stayed two weeks every summer for years, just like many of the people who use the services of Burr White Realty today.
