Best Deal in Newport! This bright and spacious 5 Bedroom unit is perfect for family and friends to gather for a beach getaway. The living room is comfortable and cozy with 2 couches and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has a bamboo breakfast bar that seat 3 and a large dining room table. There are 4 bedrooms that have a queen bed and 1 bedroom that has 2 single twins. There are two full bathrooms that have recently been remodeled with nice countertops and shower doors. This unit has brand new bedding, artwork and decor. There is a large private side patio with seating and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! Downstairs there is an addtional shared common area, located on the side of the house, where you can store bikes and BBQ as well. Come stay at this house; it's clean, spacious, refurnished and steps to the beach!

There are 2 parking spots in the garage along with a shared coin-operated laundry room.

    This rental unit is very spacious and has plenty of room for our family of seven. The unit is very clean. The bathrooms are spectacular as they look like they have just been redone, the bedrooms are nice. The two downfalls are that the windows in some of the rooms are very old and should be redone, as well as the last several years we have rented, we arrive and the sofas are sopping wet (from cleaning, we suppose) and you cannot use them for several days as the cushions dry out. If you can look past the windows and wet couch, it is a very nice place to stay.

    The bathrooms were nice, but the kitchen was pretty worn. Living room furniture was pretty worn. Bare bones decorating. The last bedroom really needs a door (for sleeping babies). The location was great, but very noisy with all the partiers all night for 2 nights. I thought there was a city ordinance against non-family visitors for that week. Not working or being enforced. Overall, we still had a great time and would come back, but not over the 4th.

We have made notes about the condition of the furniture and appliances and will pass them along to the appropriate department. The noise ordinance is in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year but during the 4th of July the Peninsula is a hot-spot for young people who take advantage of the holiday and the police department does become overwhelmed by calls. We do hope that you'll return next summer, please call one of our reservationists and they will help you find either another property or another week for you. Thanks again, Carlene.
